Who have access to my logs?
Logs are strictly confidential. Only users created by yourself, or parties collaborated with, can view your logged milestones.
What are the costs?
No upfront license costs. Just a monthly subscription fee, and usage fees depending on number of vessel port calls logged.
What are the starting costs?
EUR 125 per month per vessel (or per site), plus EUR 25 per vessel port call. Add EUR 75 per month for departure loggings.
Do I pay for support?
Next day response e-mail support is included in the monthly subscription fees. Just like hosting, mobile app software, maintenance and regular feature upgrades -also included!
When is the system available after sign-up?
After you sign-up, you receive an invoice by email with 3 months' subscription fee. Upon receipt of your payment, access to the cloud app is provided.
How about server and hosting costs?
No servers or server software are required; all cloud server costs are included in the monthly subscription fees.

Your ideas for improvements are welcome! Improved features are provided regularly.
Is the Marine Logger working with the arl-shipping.com Crane Logger?
Yes, they can be operated from same Android device with same cloud login.
Can loggings from the Marine Logger be extracted for use in Excel or inhouse BI system?
Loggings are extracted manually as CSV files from the cloud app for Excel re-use, or automatically fed as an XML file via FTP to an external Business Intelligence system.
